Cellulosic Specialties has a vacancy for a Customer Service Representative in Arnhem for handling of sales orders for deliveries throughout the world from the Arnhem production site.
Main assignments • Order processing in SAP • Communication with customers, sales managers, agents, forwarders and production about the status of orders. Communication (both spoken and written) in Dutch, English and German. • Planning and booking transports • Preparation export documents • Back up production planner (CMC). In this role, the CSR handles day to day production- and availability issues in case production planner is not available. • Key user SAP
