Main purpose: Serve the need of customers regarding to order fulfilment and delivery. To arrange for freight and prepare applicable documentation for all Bestway shipments. Important: contacts will be with intercontinental distributors (outside Europe), communication is not sales-related.
General responsibilities: • Spider in the web, working close with several different departments located around the world in order to provide excellent service to International customers. • Assures that all activities are performed according to the applicable procedures. • Assures that all activities related to Customers are in line with local legislation and BSC corporate SOP’s. • Analysis of specific customer request, communication with the EDC supervisors EDC management and IC management, implementation into the EDC, after approval • All Bestway shipments meet the customer requirements regarding documentation, packaging and transportation and meet the forwarder cut-off times. • Contact / communicate with internal departments • Communicate effectively with customers to keep them informed of status of the process. • Support regional sales force and business Unit Managers. • Act as a team member in support of department objectives. • Ensure compliance with OFAC/BIS licenses • Process Product complaints • Ensure correct processing of Letter of Credit Orders. • Maintain a correct and updated administration
Tasks: Focused on Customer Service Intercontinental and Traffic • Order Management: serving both internal and external customers by handling and monitoring (LC) orders all way through delivery process including shipment • Build constructive relationships by acting as primary interface between with internal- and external customers. Assure that updated information regarding in- and outbound shipments is available and distributed to the Operations department, Quality, Facilities, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and ISPS. • Arrange and follow up on special deliveries / transports if required • Handle Product- and Service complaints. • Make sure deliveries shipped in accordance with BSC procedures and country regulation. • Prepare all required export documentation. • Monitor back order daily • Present positive image of the corporation towards the customers • Maintain updated and correct Administration, assure archiving off all import and export related documents and correspondence. • Maintain and update customer file(s). • Ensure correct filing and following up Damaged shipments and report to Management.

• Education level: HBO, or experience in similar function (preferable: HEAO, commerciële economie) • Experience in a simular function; knowledge of export documentation, letters of credit, bestway shipments, air freight • Good knowledge of Dutch and English language, Spanish and or Arabic is an asset • Flexible and representative attitude • Computer literate; SAP, Excel, Access • Experience in warehouse management and logistics • Excellent communication skills • Critical, accurate, flexible and stress-resistant • Knowledge of different cultures • Creative in finding solution/ solving problems • Set priorities in work and importance of problems • Teamplayer
